‘the Website’ means any website under the ownership or control of WPCA from which a link has been created to these Terms and Conditions
‘the Material’ or ‘the Materials’ means all of the information, data, text, graphics, links or computer code published on, contained in or available on the Website

WPCA does not warrant:

Whilst WPCA makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the Website it cannot ensure or guarantee such exclusion and no liability is accepted for damage caused through the downloading of viruses. 17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the user consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
