The deadline for abstracts for the International AIDS Conference is February 10 2010.
We are delighted that this year there will be a plenary on care and support including palliative care! This year is the best opportunity yet to increase the presence of hospice and palliative care at the conference and engage with HIV providers and activists. Approximately 25,000 people including health professionals, advocates, government representives and policy makers will be attending.
This is a chance to highlight how hospice and palliative care providers can work in partnership with government and NGO providers to improves the quality of life of people living with HIV and their carers.
Submit abstracts on the International AIDS Conference website to show what hospice and palliative care achieves.
